Welcome.  Just getting started here.  I guess the important thing is....I'm back!  Yes I took quite a hiatus after the closing of our store.  And the reasons for that absence are varied and painful.  But as with any period of our life...what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.  So I can say it is behind me and I'm movin' on, stronger than ever!

So what will you find here.  Hard to say at this point but I guess it is the creative outlet/audience I need.  I have been working on a lot of things.  Mostly doing what I want, when I want.  And of course Bob has been a big part of that.  He is so totally supportive of my need to create.  I've completed some projects, including getting back to my first love...scrapbooking, working with some ideas in art journaling which have been very cathartic, and doing a lot with G45 and mixed media.  You know I've even found the time to read a book or two.  And of course, traveling is high on that priority list.

Over time I plan to share some of my creations and hope that I can continue to empower you to find your own artistic voice, whether you are adapting my designs or sparked to try a few of your own.

Am I teaching again...not sure.  But when I decide to, you'll see it here first.

I've opened an Etsy store and also have many of my 'creations' for sale at Honey Poo Poo in West Dundee.

Here is one of my latest creations.  I call her St Eligius using the Santos Doll from Retro Café Art.  This doll recently sold at
Honey Poo Poo.

Hope you'll stop by often to see what's happening and of course, let me know what is happening with you.

  2. Only one comment?

    Sheesh.

This is sensational. I love everything about it and would love to see detailed close-ups.

I'm pinning it. Mostly to remind myself of its awesomeness!
